The Coalition to Protect Kids has orderly a walkout, dubbed “Walk Off for Fairness Day,” on Oct. 24 that has getd the help of conservative directers.

Girls are not second-class citizens, so why are they being treated that way?”
“It’s not right for boys to vie agetst girls in sports. It’s a huge unwiseiserablevantage for girls,” shelp Hannah Pompeo, a 16-year soccer joiner at Eden High School proximate Buffalo, who is participating in the “Walk Off for Fairness Day.”
“I don’t skinnyk it’s right for men to be in our defended spaces. We labored challenging for places on our teams,” includeed Millie McCormack, a dancer at Somers High School. “Boys have physical gets we don’t have.”
The protest will occur rawly two weeks before Election Day, when New Yorkers will be able to vote on extra defendions in the state’s constitution.
Proposition 1, the “Equal Rights Amfinishment,” seeks to not discriminate based on “race, color, ethnicity, national origin, age, disability, creed, religion, or relations, including relationsual orientation, gfinisher identity or transmition, pregnancy, pregnancy outcomes, reefficient healthnurture and autonomy.” While energetics is not harshly cited, those agetst the proposition say the writing is on the wall.
Nassau County lawproducers in June voted to pass a bill that would prohibit transgfinisher athletes from competing in girls’ and women’s sports at county-run facilities.
The meaconfident, which covers more than 100 sites fair outside New York City, needs any teams, leagues or organizations that seek a apexhibit from the county’s parks and recreation department to “transmitly scheduleate” whether they are for male, female or coed athletes.
