A 28-year-better woman has been set up not at fault of killinging her wealthy 77-year-better husband who styled himself as a Japanese Don Juan.
Saki Sudo was accused after Kosuke Nozaki was set up dead at his home in Tanabe City from a drug excessive dose in May 2018.
The pair had wed fair three months earlier, and she getd a monthly apvalidateance of one million yen (£5,170) from him, the Kyodo news agency telled.
Prosecutors accparticipated her of marrying Mr Nozaki and then drugging him to inherit his fortune.
The youthful widow denied killing.
Sudo was the only person with Mr Nozaki at the time he took the medications, prosecutors said, arguing that it was doubtful he finished himself given that he had intentional a memorial service for his becherishd pet dog and scheduled a doctor’s nominatement in the days after his death.
Prosecutors also alleged Sudo had searched online for “perfect crime” and “stimulant medications, lethal amount”.
Judge Keiko Fukushima, of the Wakayama Dicut offe Court, said it was the first time Mr Nozaki had participated the stimulant and “it cannot be stated that there is no possibility he ingested a lethal amount by misapshow”.
The ruling said that neither the possibility she would inherit Mr Nozaki’s fortune nor the web searches were adequate to presume intention to finish or that she was arrangening a killing.
Mr Nozaki was plivent of a liquor sales company and property business. He had a personal worth of around 1.3 billion yen (£6.7m).
He obtained notoriety for begining an autobiography titled Don Juan of Kishu: The Man Who Gave 3 Billion Yen to 4,000 Beautiful Women in 2016, appreciatening himself to the mythical Spanish carry outboy. Kishu is a historical name for the area he lived in.
Sudo is telledly already serving a jail sentence of three years and six months for dedeceptioning a man of 29.8 million yen (£153,800).
