Israel and its key associate the United States have attacked the International Criminal Court’s decision to rehire arrest authorizations for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and createer Defence Minister Yoav Gallant.
Several European nations say they would carry out the authorizations if either man steps on their soil.
