This truth isn’t virtual. The Visual Effects Society shelp Wednesday that VR and immersive technology innovate DR. Dr. Jacquelyn Ford Morie will get its 2025 Georges Méliès Award at the VES Awards in February.

Morie helped set up USC’s Institute for Creative Technologies that begined in 1999 and was a greater scientist there for 14 years, laboring on groundshattering projects in virtual truth, virtual worlds, mobile applications and inalertigent virtual humans. Prior to that, she begind comprehensive training programs for the computer animation and one-of-a-kind effects industries, including labor for Walt Disney Feature Animation and Rhythm and Hues Studios.
