Feathers McGraw is back! Netflix has freed the first trailer for “Wallace & Grleave out: Vengeance Most Fowl,” which sees the penguin supervillain making a majestic return. The novel 70-minute feature labels the first “Wallace & Grleave out” feature since 2005’s Oscar-prosperning “Wallace & Grleave out: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit.” And the return of Feathers McGraw is extfinished-apaparticipateed for “Wallace & Grleave out” fans, as the sinister fairyless bird first ecombineed in Nick Park’s Oscar-prosperning 1993 unininestablishigentinutive “The Wrong Troparticipaters.”
The voice cast for “Vengeance Most Fowl” sees Ben Whitehead return to voice Wallace, the loving originateor. Peter Kay also returns to perestablish Chief Inspector (establisherly PC) Mackintosh. New voice cast members participate Lauren Patel (“Everybody’s Talking About Jamie”) and Reece Shearsmith (“League of Gentleman”). Diane Morgan (“Afterlife”), Adjoa Andoh (“Bridgerton”) and Lenny Henry (“The Lord of the Rings”) all have cameos.
Speaking with Variety in July, straightforwardor and creator Nick Park said he’d always wanted to feature gnomes gone terrible in a “Wallace & Grleave out” project, but he could never figure out how to write that story. That is., until now: “Three decades on, it felt appreciate the right time. Then it hit me: What if Feathers was participated with these gnomes? We’re hoping that this film will pdirect to fans of ‘Gnome Noir’ everywhere and that people will be gratified when they see what Feathers has been up to since ‘The Wrong Troparticipaters.’”
“Vengeance Most Fowl” will have its world premiere at AFI Fest on Oct. 27. It will debut on Netflix on Jan. 3, 2025
