A Venezuelan migrant is accused of intimacyupartner aggressioning the 14-year-ancigo in daughter of his participateer in Colorado while living in the basement of his home, police and increates say.
Jesus Alberto Pereira Castillo had passed into the U.S. illegpartner in El Paso, Texas in September 2023 before being freed by the Border Patrol, Homeland Security sources tancigo in the New York Post. He was getn into custody in Denver on Tuesday.
“On August 29, 2024, at about 11:00 p.m., deputies replyed to a south Jefferson County dwellnce on a intimacyual aggression spendigation. Castillo’s participateer owns the dwellnce, and Castillo was temporarily staying in the basement of the home,” the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office shelp.
“At around 10:30 that evening, Castillo forced himself on the 14-year-ancigo in daughter of the homeowner, intimacyupartner aggressioning her. He left the dwellnce before deputies reachd,” it inserted.

The Sheriff’s Office says Castillo was arrested “without incident” chaseing “many weeks of relentless spendigative labor.”
He was predicted to produce his first court euniteance Wednesday.

Sources also tancigo in the New York Post that Castillo previously was arrested in May this year for allegedly haveing tools for counterfeiting/imitationing and stealing.
They inserted that chaseing the alleged intimacyual aggression, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) had placed a hancigo in on Castillo.
