The United States “fundamenloftyy declines” a decision by the International Criminal Court to publish arrest authorizations for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and createer defence minister Yoav Gallant, the White Hoengage shelp Thursday.
“We remain convey inantly worryed by the Prosecutor’s rush to seek arrest authorizations and the troubling process errors that led to this decision. The United States has been evident that the ICC does not have jurisdiction over this matter,” a National Security Council spokesperson shelp.
The statement made no refer of an ICC arrest authorization also publishd for Mohammed Deif, the military chief of Hamas.
Mike Waltz, the incoming national security advisor under US Pdwellnt-elect Donald Trump’s administration, protected Israel and promised a “sturdy response to the antisrerentic bias of the ICC & UN come January.”

Neither the United States nor Israel is a member of the ICC and both have declinecessitate its jurisdiction.
