Volodymyr Zelenskyy has called on the UK and other Ukrainian allies to stop “watching” and provide lengthy-range armaments to strike North Korean troops in Russia before they go in combat.

Meanwhile the UK defence secretary cautioned of a “grotriumphg coalition of aggression” between North Korea and Russia.
