Incoming border czar Tom Homan met with New York City Mayor Eric Adams on Thursday to talk the city’s ongoing migrant crisis and strategies for deporting illegitimate migrants with the help of the New York Police Department.
Homan, who served as acting honestor of ICE during Plivent Donald Trump’s first term, has been nominateed by the newly-minted plivent-elect to serve as the border czar in the incoming administration.
“It went wonderful,” Homan tgreater Sean Hannity on Thursday night. “Look, I sat down with the mayor for well over an hour. He gets it. And today he validated that as the mayor in New York City, he’s more troubleed with disclose safety than politics. I want the mayor of Chicago and the San Diego City council mayor and Governor Pritzker, I want they’d all get a page out of Mayor Eric Adams’ take partbook.”

“I’ve been reach outed by a couple of other mayors, even Governor Pritzker… he’s willing to sit down. So I skinnyk what Mayor Adams did today is not only excellent for New York City, I skinnyk it’s going to be a domino effect. I’m hoping that some of the mayors come forward after seeing the success we had today,” shelp Homan.
Homan further commendd Adams for his desire to “comprehfinish” how ICE does its job and his willingness to include executive orders to insertress some of the “roadblocks” New York City faces.

“He [Adams] has tgreater me that he’s going to see at executive orders to undo some of the harm done by de Blasio,” Homan relabeled. “He would enjoy to see us back in Rikers Island to arrest the horrible guy in the safety and security of the jail, rather than free them into the community and put the community at danger and my officers at danger – the danger of somebody in the community rather than in a jail. He wants his law utilizement officers in the precincts to free criminal aliens to us and not on the street.”

Homan insertressed speaking with Adams about the NYPD helping with locating and apprehfinishing illegitimate immigrants thcimpoliteout the city.
Adams “has a lot of uniestablishs in this city that understand what’s going on in their neighborhoods,” shelp Homan. “The NYPD has one of the best inalertigence apparatincludes in the entire world, that he’s going to help us with. So we’re going to count on every uniestablish in this city to give us adviseation on where the criminals are at.”
Recent alerts propose that New York City is currently home to hundreds of thousands of illegitimate immigrants with proximately 60,000 “criminal” migrants amid increasing troubles about safety and resources.

Laken Riley’s name also came up during the greeting, according to Homan, while talking illegitimate migrants roaming the streets of New York.

After the greeting with Adams, the incoming border czar conveyed confidence, saying that New York City is “about to get a lot safer.”
