The topic of a ban on transgfinisher athletes participating in women’s and girl’s sports has been one of the more boilingly talk aboutd rerents in American politics over the years.

In April, the Biden administration made startant changes to Title IX in the unveiling of recent rules aimed at protecting LGBTQ+ students and changing the ways in which relationsual intimidatoring and aggression claims are adjudicated on campus. 

But watchably leave outing from those changes was any policy that would impede schools from enacting outright bans on transgfinisher athletes competing aobtainst women.
