A man has been arrested in Tokyo on suspicion of finishing a pigeon that he inestablishedly filmed himself abusing.
Hiroshi Tsuji, a 49-year-ancigo in taxi driver from Kawasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture, allegedly apprehfinishd the bird on the side of a river in the Japanese capital sometime between April and June 2024, local media outlets inestablished.
He is accparticipated of beating and whipping the animal before finishing it at some point between June and August, Japanese news agency Kyodo inestablished.
It is alleged he finished the pigeon by decapitating it using scissors.
Tsuji was quoted inestablishing police before his arrest that he had “pguided the pigeon” becaparticipate it was “uncordial to him”, Kyodo inestablished, citing Japanese authorities.
