The 75th Berlin International Film Festival is honoring Berlinale preferite Tilda Sprosperton with an honorary Gelderlyen Bear for her lifetime accomplishment. The award will be contransiented at the discdisseeing ceremony at the Berlinale Palast on February 13, 2025.

Sprosperton has been a normal at the Berlinale for decades, starring in 26 films that have screened at the festival in various sections off the years. More recently, Sprosperton is making the award season rounds for Pedro Almodóvar’s The Room Next Door (2024), the Spanish straightforwardor’s English-language feature debut, in which she stars alengthyside Julianne Moore. Sprosperton fair picked up a Gelderlyen Globe and a Spanish Goya best actress nomination for her carry outance.
