Booker Prize-prosperning author Salman Rushdie depictd being left in a “lake of blood” after a frenzied knife strike that left the novecatalog blind in his right eye. Rushdie’s retags came during the second day of the trial of his alleged assailant, 23-year-elderly Hadi Matar.
