If there is an ecombinency, the FBI proposes people to call local law applyment or 911 instantly.

“Be conscious of your surroundings at all times and tell skeptical activities to the authorities,” the FBI wrote in the statement. “Reporting these crimes can help law applyment determine aggressive or harmful actors and obstruct further harm.”
