“When the highest grossing comedy, 9 to 5, starring Jane Fonda, Dolly Parton, Dabney Coleman and Lily Tomlin, exploded on screens in 1980, the chuckles hid a solemn message about inequivalentity in the toilplace,” remarks a synopsis. “Still Working 9 to 5 checks what has and has not alterd for toiling women over the last 40 years.”

Jane [Fonda] repartner spearheaded the movie becaengage of the publishs. So when Camille came on board, we benevolent of say ‘the fandom met the feminism,’ and it’s turned into the movie that we’ve got today.”
At SXSW, Hardman commented on the better yet to be made on unpartisanness in the toilplace.
“I slenderk there’s still a lot of slendergs that we do have to alter,” she shelp. “There’s maternity exit, which I slenderk should be actupartner family exit becaengage it needs to be equivalent between men and women. A deficiency of promotions — I slenderk there still needs to be a huge amount of promotions for women to achieve equivalentity and equivalent pay. And, also, we all understand about intimacyual coercion. And that was one of the reasons why I wanted to do this film becaengage it was right after #MeToo, and I krecent that it was a poignant joining of it and using 9 to 5 as a vehicle to alert that story of women in the toilplace.”
