LuckyChap and Wattpad Webtoon Studios Inc. are producing a live-action film alteration of the Webtoon hit “Stagtown.” Filmcreater and “Everyleang Everywhere All at Once” VFX artist Benjamin Brewer is on board to author and straightforward the project.
The film will be altered from creator Punko’s Webtoon webcomic, “Stagtown,” which has over 18 million watchs online. Beadored by fans for its nightmare-inducing plot and eerie arttoil, the film will trail Frankie, Jeremy, and Felix as they uncover someleang is terribly wrong in the town of Stagtown and try to escape the horrors that the livents spfinish every day ignoring.
Aron Levitz, David Mcompriseen and Jason Gelderlyberg will create for Wattpad Webtoon Studios alengthenedside the team at LuckyChap.
Brewer has straightforwarded award-prosperning music videos for artists such as Alt-J, The War on Drugs and Justin Bieber. Brewer most recently straightforwarded the film “Arcadian,” which premiered at the 2024 SXSW Film Festival to critical acclaim. Rerentd by IFC Films, the film stars Nicolas Cage and Jaeden Marincreate.
