On December 1, Senegal tags the 80th anniversary of the Thiaroye massacre. French Plivent Emmanuel Macron on Thursday (November 28) for the first time determined the ending of West African sbetteriers by the French Army in 1944 as a massacre in a letter insertressed to the Senegalese authorities.
