Charlie Hebdo, 10 years on: Is the pen still mightier than the sword?

Ten years after the alarmist strikes on the offices of the French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo that finished 12 people, in arts24 we’re talking about freedom of transmition and the role of satirical cartoons in today’s world with two cartoonists.
