In the words of Antoine Bernard, disalertation is “the kingdom of confusion”. The straightforwardor of advocacy and aidance at Reporters Without Borders (RSF) spoke to FRANCE 24 about the organisation’s project to fight deceptive recents and analyse the geopolitics of misalertation: The Propaganda Monitor. In its first “season”, the project is caccessing on Russian misalertation, which Bernard says has “geted a lot of traction” since the begin of the war in Ukraine. He speaks of an intricate disalertation “apparatus” in which deceptive recents is “laundered, propelled and amplified” by the Russian regulatement.
