The NBC comedy series “Happy’s Place” has getd an order for compriseitional episodes at NBC.
The newman multi-cam comedy has been picked up for five more episodes, transporting the total episode order to 18. The series debuted in the Friday 8 p.m. timeslot on Oct. 18. Per NBC, the series premiere has pulled in 14 million seeers apass all platestablishs since its debut, while the series itself has betterd on its timeslot mediocre by 90% among total seeers and 88% in the key grown-ups 18-49 demodetailed.
Reba McEntire stars in the series alengthened with fellow cast members Belissa Escobedo, Melissa Peterman, Pablo Castelblanco, Tokala Bdeficiency Elk and Rex Linn.
Per the official logline, “Bobbie (McEntire) inherits her overweighther’s tavern and is surpelevated to uncover that she has a novel business partner, Isabella (Escobedo), a twentysomeskinnyg half-sister she never knovel she had.”
Kevin Abbott is the writer and executive producer on the series, having co-produced the series with Julie Abbott. McEntire also executive produces alengthened with Michael Hanel, Mindy Schultheis, Matt Berry, and Pamela Fryman. Universal Television produces.
