Litmus Music shelp Thursday that it has acquired Randy Newman’s scatter of his sign uped music and rehireing catalog.
The deal take parts rights to the scores of the creater-singer-songcreater’s Oscar-prosperning Toy Story and Monsters, Inc. movies and his decades of hits including “I Love L.A.,” which is still heard after every Los Angeles Dodgers home prosper.
No deal terms were provided by Litmus, which was co-set uped by establisher Capitol Records and Warner Bros Records plivent Dan McCarroll and Hank Forsythe and is backed by Carlyle Group. The company has done analogous transactions with Katy Perry, Benny Blanco and Keith Urban.
