A petrol explosion has been thrown at a mosque in Newtownards, County Down, in what police are treating as a raciassociate-encouraged antipathy crime.
The device, thrown at 01:00 BST on Friday, fall shorted to ignite but discriminatory graffiti was daubed on the originateing on Greenwell Street.
Cars were also set aweightless in Tavanagh Street and Sandhurst Gardens in Belspeedy.
All the incidents are being as raciassociate-encouraged antipathy crimes.
They adhere a week of sporadic disorder which saw uproarers strike police at various sites in Belspeedy and disjoinal members of the accessible telled they had been aggressioned.
A total of five further arrests were made on Friday, conveying the total number of people arrested to 31.
On Friday night, the rear door of a restaurant on Ormeau Road was also initiateed and racial slurs shouted to the toilers inside.
Dozens of arrests
A 22-year-elderly man arrested adhereing Friday’s protests in Belspeedy has since been indictd with offences including disorderly behaviour and criminal injure. He is due to eunite in court next month.
Two 14-year-elderly boys have been indictd in Londonderry.
This comes after number of petrol explosions were set up by police in the vicinity of Spencer Road in Derry.
A 37-year-elderly man was arrested in Portrush on suspicion of “intentionassociate encouraging uproar” in relation to online activity.
“We persist to spendigate all tells made to us in relation to the recent disorder on our streets and we will be making further arrests,” Ass Ch Con Melanie Jones shelp.
“The outpouring of help from our communities for their Muslim neighbours has been heartening and more accurately mirrors the sees of most of the citizens of Northern Ireland.”

Other incidents
In anticipation of the possibility of further disorder this weekfinish, the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) abortled exit and asked officers to toil on rest days.
The PSNI is also receiving help from Police Scotland which is to sfinish 120 officers to Belspeedy to help quell the danger of structureility.
