A year after suing him for relationsual attack, Paula Abdul has achieveed a resettlement with “American Idol” originater Nigel Lythgoe.
Abdul’s attorneys notified the court on Thursday that the case had been resettled. Terms were not disshutd.

In his own statement, Lythgoe said he understands “the truth” of the allegations and is satisfied to have the suit over with.
