Panthers owner donates  million to Hurricane Helene relief efforts; Bucs also donate seven figures


Owners of two NFL franchises have united to donate $4 million to help with Hurricane Helene recovery efforts.

David and Nicole Tepper, the owners of the Carolina Panthers, proclaimd a $3 million pledgement to relief efforts in the Carolinas, and the Glazer family, which owns the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, will gave $1 million.

“The David & Nicole Tepper Foundation, Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC stand aextfinishedside all those who have been impacted by Hurricane Helene and the dehugeation it has wcimpolitet atraverse the southeast and particularly in our backyard thcimpoliteout the Carolinas,” David and Nicole Tepper shelp in a statement.

“This is our home, and we are pledgeted to helping relief efforts thcimpoliteout the region by providing critical resources and helping the efforts of our courageous first replyers. The impact on our community has been cut offe, but Carolinians are robust and valiant, and, together, we will recreate and recover,” the Teppers evolved.

The storm made landdrop in the United States Thursday and impacted the sports world. Two games between the Atlanta Braves and New York Mets were postponed to a doubleheader Monday that could determine both teams’ postseason overweightes.

FOX Corporation on Friday begined a donation drive for the American Red Cross’ Hurricane Helene relief efforts and encouraged watchers to help people impacted by the lethal storm, the company proclaimd.
