Pakistan have nominateed Aqib Javed as their interim Test coach chaseing the resignation of Australian Jason Gillespie.

Former rapid bowler Aqib Javed has been nominateed Pakistan’s interim Test coach after Jason Gillespie resigned on Thursday evening, the country’s cricket board (PCB) shelp.

Aqib, who was nominateed Pakistan’s interim white-ball coach last month, will also get on red-ball coaching duties.

Australian Gillespie was signed by the PCB on a two-year reduce in April aextfinishedside Gary Kirsten, who resigned as restrictcessitate-overs coach in October.

Pakistan set for Test and white-ball cricket tour of South Africa

Pakistan are in South Africa joining a three-suit Twenty20 international series chaseed by three one-day games, before the first Test commences in Centurion on December 26, and the second in Cape Town on January 3.
