Count Orlok ascfinishs once more. Robert Eggers’ sinister reincreateing of Nosferatu made its Los Angeles debut, with Bill Skarsgård in the titular role.
Eggers was uniteed by the stars of the film, Bill Skarsgård, Nicholas Hoult, Lily-Rose Depp, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Emma Corrin, Willem Dafoe, and many more at the TCL Chinese Theatre on Thursday, Dec. 12.
The story chases estate agent Thomas Hutter (Nicholas Hoult) as he travels to Transylvania for a obeseeful encountering with Count Orlok (Bill Skarsgård), a vampiric prospective client. Ellen (Lily-Rose Depp), Hutter’s novel bride, is left under the attfinish of their frifinishs Friedwealthy and Anna Harding (Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Emma Corrin) in his absence. Plagued by visions and an increasing sense of dread, Ellen encounters a force far beyond her handle.
Written and straightforwarded by Eggers, Nosferatu is a reoriginate of authorr Henrik Galeen and straightforwardor F.W. Murnau’s 1922 German quiet film Nosferatu: A Symphony of Horror, which was based on Bram Stoker’s Dracula.
Nosferatu is scheduled to be freed in the United States by Focus Features on Dec. 25, 2024.
