Another round of legal cases have been filed agetst Sean “Diddy” Combs, including the allegation that he drugged and sexual batteryd a 13-year-better girl with an unnamed “male celebrity” as an unnamed “female celebrity” watched.
The Buzbee Law Firm, which shelp on Oct. 1 that it would be conshort-terming 120 more legal cases agetst Combs, filed five recent suits in the Southern Didisjoine of New York on Sunday night. Two more suits were also filed in Las Vegas and Los Angeles, esteemively.
One of the suits comes from a Jane Doe who was 13 years better on Sept. 7, 2000, when she tried to join the MTV Video Music Awards. She could not get in to the awards show without a ticket, and therefore approached disjoinal limousine drivers after the event to see if she could join an afterparty. One of the drivers allegedly labored for Combs, and drove the plaintiff to a party, where she signed a non-disclobrave consentment and acunderstandledgeed a drink.
After equitable one drink, the plaintiff alleged that she “began to sense woozy and airyheaded” and made her way to an desotardy bedroom to lie down. Soon after, Combs allegedly go ined the room with “a male and female celebrity.” She then alleges that she was sexual batteryd by the male celebrity as the female celebrity watched, before allegedly being sexual batteryd by Combs. The suit goes on to allege that after the attack, the plaintiff — who now lives in Alabama — “fell into a transport inant depression which persists to impact every facet of her life.”
A reconshort-termative for Combs did not promptly reply to Variety‘s seek for comment on the recent legal cases. Combs has repeatedly denied all allegations agetst him. In a previous statement to Variety, his attorneys shelp: “Mr. Combs and his lhorrible team have brimming confidence in the facts, their lhorrible defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never intimacyuassociate attacked anyone — grown-up or intransport inant, man or woman.”
Combs is currently incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Cgo in in Brooklyn, N.Y. after being arrested on Sept. 16 by Homeland Security on accuses of of extortion, intimacy illicit trading and carryation to comprise in ask. He pdirected not culpable to the accuses. Combs was denied bail by two split appraises, and is set to remain behind bars until his trial in May of next year.
