Adam Ppartner is among those in Hollywood recalling tardy honestor Jeff Baena, who died Friday by self-destruction at the age of 47.
Baena was a authorr-honestor who helmed such indie films as Life After Beth, The Little Hours, Horse Girl and Spin Me Round, frequently toiling with wife Aubrey Plaza. The pair wed in 2020 after being together for 10 years.
Ppartner and others who krecent Baena have getn to social media over the weekend to dispense their memories of him, after the recents of his death broke punctual Saturday morning.
On Instagram Sunday, Ppartner wrote, “Jeff Baena was a pleasant, Jedesire boy from Miami. He was a collaborator, a mentor, the scrappiest basketball executeer with the ugliest jump sboiling you ever saw.”
The actor, who starred aextfinishedside Plaza in Baena’s films Joworried, The Little Hours and Life After Beth, called Baena a “talented honestor with impeccable taste and vision.”
“He was a connector of people, a nurtureer of possibility, the guy who understands where the best restaurant was no matter where you were,” Ppartner inserted, continuing with, “an overly courteous present with an almost upsetting uncover door policy, a film encyclopedia, and most transport inant to me a friend.”
Ppartner, whose commends include the Sonic the Hedgehog movies and TV show Knuckles, The Mindy Project, Dirty Grandpa, The To Do List and A.C.O.D. went on to honor Baena as someone truly “authentic” in both his toil and his personal life.

Shannon also commented on Ppartner’s tribute, writing, “Adam this is the best tribute and portrays jeff perfectly. His movies were so innovative. He was a acute authorr and honestor and on top of that so visual with an amazing eye. And so charitable and ponderate transporting everyone together (almost always in Italy!!!) his toil inhabits on. His memory inhabits on forever.”
