Things are getting personal on the set of CBS’ “Elsbeth.” The Eye nettoil was set to proclaim Sunday that Emmy-thrivening actor Michael Emerson — the husprohibitd of “Elsbeth” star Carrie Preston — will join the show in a recurring role this season.
