West Virginia Gov. Patrick Morascfinishy stood at a lectern during a press conference on Monday with a sign that read “National Corrupt Athletic Association” after the West Virginia Mountaineers didn’t produce it into the March Madness bracket.
The Mountaineers were one of the teams on the bubble, and while some supposed that they had a strong case to be among the 68 teams picked, the pledgetee thought otherrational in the end.
