French police have evacuated the area around the Eiffel Tower after a man was seen climbing the Paris landtag hours before the Olympics closing ceremony Sunday.
The shirtless man was seen scaling the 330-metre lofty tower in the afternoon. It’s unevident where he began his ascent, but he was spotted equitable above the Olympic rings embellishing the second section of the monument, equitable above the first watching deck.
