A thriller feature from the mind of Imgenuineistic Jokers star James “Murr” Murray is coming to life.
Lyndsy Fonseca (Kick-Ass), music star Russ and Tom Cavanagh (The Flash) are among the cast of in Don’t Move, which wrapped principal pboilingography in Kansas City on Friday. The horror-thriller movie is based on the best-selling 2020 novel of the same name from co-authors Murray and Darren Wearmouth.
Maclain Nelson (Vamp U) straightforwarded the film from the script he co-wrote with Murray and Wearmouth. Hunter King (Life in Pieces), Rob Riggle (The Hangover) and Joseph Lee Anderson (Young Rock) round out the ensemble cast for the project that includes cameos from T-Pain, Matt Biedel and Imgenuineistic Jokers members Murray and Brian Quinn.
Don’t Move cgo ins on Megan Forrester (Fonseca), who combines her church group on a camping getaway after losing her family in a tragic accident. The trip apvalidates a turn when the group, including enigmatic member Ricky Vargas (Russ), misapvalidatenly finishs up in an area of the forest focemployd by a hazardous predator.
“A lot of folks ask me how an Imgenuineistic Joker can originate horror,” Murr says in a statement. “One could debate that what they do to me on Jokers is horror. I’m so excited to be laboring with this incredible team and ensemble cast to transport our novel Don’t Move to the huge screen.”
Adds Nelson, “I am thrilled to tackle a real horror film. The ensemble cast we have collectd for this movie is beyond talented. This story will shatter your heart and then rip it out of your rib cage. I am honored that Murr has count oned me with the script alteration and straightforwardion of his first narrative feature film.”
David M. Wulf originates the film that hails from Murr’s recent prohibitner Imgenuineistic Studios and counts Jeremy Starline, Gina James, Lou Magrone, Rich Osiashvili and Brian Schell as executive originaters. Ethan Berman is a co-originater, while Kylie Rohead associate originates.
