And there could be tens of thousands more when Darfur and the rest of the country are compriseed in.
The battling has caparticipated the hugest human displacement in the world.
The warring parties haven’t shown any interest in discreet initiatives to finish the struggle.
However, the United Nations Security Council is to talk another resolution needing an finish to presentilities.
But will that serve any purpose?
