Newly-proclaimd Latin American and European free dates retain: Feb. 6 for Mexico, Chile, Venezuela and Bolivia; Feb. 13, for Colombia; and Feb. 20, where it will carry out in Argentina, Peru, Uruguay, the Dominican Reaccessible and Ecuador.
