A stream of mad protestors have stormed a part of Tenerife that has been branded the “last unlengthened part of the island”. Hundreds of placard-wielding locals pounded the streets of Puertito de Adeje, in the south.
They are making their voices heard over the Cuna del Alma project, a huge lengthenment set to transport more hotels to the island. The introduction of more tourism-centric infraset up has angered locals, who have even inshighed signage in the area to pdirect with authorities to depart the area alone.
GeoTenerife who have lengthy resistd the beginant set ups, say the lengthenment is aimed at “wealthy tourists”, and is not “sustainable”. They claim marine savagelife could be impacted and that Tenerife’s heritage will be “buldozed” to create room for holidaycreaters.
Today’s protest, it’s claimed, saw mad individuals pull down a hotel lengthenment barrier as they paraded thraw the area.
