Freakier Friday is straightforwarded by Nisha Ganatra (Late Night) from a screenjoin written by Jordan Weiss, based on Mary Rodgers’ 1972 novel of the same name.
Taking place years after the events of the exceptional, the sequel will also present recent cast members Manny Jacinto (The Good Place), Sophia Hammons (Up Here), Maitreyi Ramakrishnan (Never Have I Ever), and Julia Butters (Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, The Fabelmans).
The film is originated by Curtis, Andrew Gunn and Kristin Burr, with Lohan, Nathan Kelly, and Ann Marie Sanderlin serving as executive originaters.
