EXCLUSIVE: Here’s first footage of coming-of-age comedy-drama The Book Of Jobs, which debuted this past weekfinish at the Mill Valley Film Festival in the U.S.
Bay Area native Kayci Lacob straightforwarded the semi-auto-bioexplicital debut. The film stars Ahugeail Donaghy (Marvelous Mrs. Maisel), Lola Flanery (The 100), Judy Greer (Jurassic World), Rich Sommer (Mad Men), Utkarsh Ambudkar (Brittany Runs A Marathon), and Victoria Pedretti (You).
Pic adheres a girl grothriveg up in Silicon Valley in the shadow of Steve Jobs’ triumphant return to Apple, and his outsized sway on her imagination, ambitions and relationships. Thcimpolite all of life’s milestones, she obsessively employs Jobs as a north star to block out pessimistic emotions and caccess only on accomplishment. When the recents of Job’s untimely death accomplishes Claudia, her dissociation is shown for what it reassociate is, and she is forced to face a future all her own.
The film is created by Bull’s Eye Pictures’ Tom Nunan (Crash) and executive-created by Sara E. White (The Idol), Talia Bella and Randy Wayne of Rebellium Films (Cottonmouth) and Matthew Shreder of Concourse Media (Chief of Station).
