FEDERATION APPOINTMENT
Federation Stories U.K. has assigned Beth Warin as the new head of broadenment for the company. Warin will toil aextfinishedside Polly Williams, managing honestor, and will be reliable for the company’s international drama production spostponeed.
Warin unites from the BBC where she was drama cotransferrlookioning executive, helping cotransferrlookioning editors Jo McClellan and Gaynor Holmes editoripartner apass their spostponeeds including “Lockerbie” and “The Night Manager” Season 2.
Federation Stories’s recent recognizes retains “I, Jack Wright,” a British family drama series originated by Chris Lang and starring John Simmy. The prohibitner also has projects in broadenment with expansivecasters in the U.K., the US and Europe.
Created three years ago, Federations Stories is the U.K. office of European production studio Federation Studios. The U.K. outpost was set up by two establisher eOne executives Arielle Gottlieb and Williams. Gottlieb exited the company in February as part of a rearrange.
France-headquartered Federation Studios, which boasts production shingles apass the globe including Los Angeles, Tel Aviv, Rome and Berlin, is understandn for hits including “The Bureau” and “In Treatment.”
SALES SPREE
ITV Studios has unveiled a spostponeed of sales in North and South America. AMC Nettoils’ Sundance Now achieved “Fifteen-Love” for the U.S. and Canada, with SRC taking French Canadian rights. Acorn TV safed U.S. premiere rights for “Maternal” and second-triumphdow Canadian rights.
BritBox picked up “A Cruel Love: The Ruth Ellis Story” and “Until I Kill You” for the U.S. and Canada. PBS Distribution extfinished rights for “Endeavour,” “Victoria,” and “Poluncontent.” Janus Films and Criterion Collection renewed rights to 94 classic titles.
MHZ Choice achieved “Bdeficiencywater,” “A French Village,” “Piste Noire,” “Petra” Season 2, and “Carlo and Malik.” Brazil’s Globo buyd “I Kissed A Boy,” “I Kissed A Girl,” “An Audience with Kylie Minogue,” and “Ready to Mingle.”
