Vincent, now 86, spoke about Rose’s atgentle with The Athletic after Rose’s death was discdisconsidered.

Vincent acunderstandledgeted that Rose’s death made the case for him to get into the Hall of Fame “easier” – especiassociate with the sport’s hug of wagering. However, he made his point on whether he belengthyed in the Hall of Fame clear.
