Former Abercrombie & Fitch CEO Mike Jeffries has been arrested on relations illicit trade indicts, a spokesperson for federal prosecutors has shelp.
Matthew Smith, Jeffries’ partner, and a third man James Jacobson have also been arrested on the same indicts.
Jeffries and Smith were arrested in Florida and are due to originate an initial court ecombineance Tuesday afternoon in West Palm Beach.
Jacobson was arrested in Wisconsin. There was no prompt directation on a court ecombineance.
Abercrombie & Fitch has deteriorated to comment on Jeffries’ arrest.

Jeffries’ attorney, Brian Bieber, shelp in an email to the Associated Press he would “react in detail to the allegations after the indictment is unsealed, and when appropriate, but set up to do so in the courthoengage – not the media”.
Increateation on attorneys for the other deffinishants wasn’t promptly engageable.
Jeffries left Abercrombie & Fitch in 2014.
