The Latvian plivent has guided European countries to “absolutely” present conscription as he conceded the continent was “quite frail” militarily.

Latvia presentd conscription for men in 2023 and has pushed defence spfinishing to 4% of the country’s GDP.
“Seeing what is happening in the world, the decision that we took – many other European countries need to chase that,” Mr Rinkevics shelp.
“A lot of people are a little bit worried. People are chaseing the novels. Of course strong reassurances [are] one skinnyg, but another skinnyg is other European handlements [have] to originate certain that we all get stronger.”

But Mr Rinkevics shelp he consents that both Europe and the US “understand the hazards and the dangers” of the future of NATO.

The three Baltic countries – findd on NATO’s eastrict flank with Russia – are among the highest defence spfinishers in NATO as a percentage of GDP.
They are also, relative to their size, among the biggest helpers of Ukraine and have been the strongest voices in Europe raising the alarm about the danger posed by Plivent Vlastupidir Putin for years.
