John Francis Daley and Jonathan Gbetterstein are going from Dungeons & Dragons to Park Ave, closing a deal to author a movie based on the board game Monopoly.
Lionsgate is behind the project that is being originated by Barbie outfit LuckyChap and Hasbro Entertainment.
Monopoly dates back to 1935, and contests joiners to acquire properties and originate houses and hotels, all while dodgeing prohibitkruptcy and the dreaded “go honestly to jail” card.
