Donald Trump’s campaign said Saturday it had been hacked, blaming “foreign sources” for distributing inside communications and a dossier on running mate J.D. Vance.
Trump’s campaign implied Iran was behind the transfer as novels outlet Politico alerted it had acquired emails with the campaign material from a source who declined to resettle themselves.
“These records were geted illegassociate from foreign sources unfrifinishly to the United States, intfinished to intrude with the 2024 election and sow confusion thrawout our Democratic process,” Donald Trump campaign spokesman Steven Cheung said in a statement.
Steven Cheung cited a alert from Microgentle this week that said Iranian hackers “sent a spear deceptive finisheavor email in June to a high-ranking official on a plivential campaign.”
