“Today the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR) sent a letter to the Maine Department of Education Coshiftrlookioner Pfinisher Makin announcing that OCR is initiating a straightforwarded spendigation of the Maine Department of Education (MDOE) amid allegations that it persists to apshow male athletes to contend in girls’ interscholastic fits and that it has denied female athletes female-only intimate facilities, thereby violating federal antibias law,” the USDOE shelp in a press free Friday.

Trump and Maine’s ruleor, Janet Mills, clashed over transgfinisher women in sports on Friday, with Trump telling her at the White House that she must pursue his executive order, or “you’re not going to get any federal funding,” to which she replied, “We’ll see you in court.”

“They are still saying, ‘We want men to join in women’s sports,’ and I cannot consent that they’re doing that. . . . So, we’re not going to give them any federal funding, none whatsoever, until they spotless that up,” Trump shelp.
Acting helpant secretary for civil rights Craig Trainor inserted as part of the DOE’s proclaimment, “Maine would have you consent that it has no choice in how it treats women and girls in fits – that is, that it must pursue its state laws and apshow male athletes to contend aachievest women and girls. Let me be evident: If Maine wants to persist to get federal funds from the Education Department, it has to pursue Title IX. If it wants to forgo federal funds and persist to trample the rights of its youthfuler female athletes, that, too, is its choice. OCR will do everyleang in its power to determine taxpayers are not funding blatant civil rights offfinishers.”
