Attacks on healthattfinish facilities rampant in besieged el-Fasher, where army-aligned militias are pushing back RSF fighters.

Dozens of acunderstandledgeings have been ended in a drone attack on one of the last functioning hospitals in el-Fasher in Sudan’s Darfur region.
