Charter’s Spectrum TV Select cable set up will include a free ad-helped Peacock Premium subscription next year, inestablishs Reuters. The insertition comes as Charter proclaimd today that it has achieveed a new “multi-year deal” with NBCUniversal, which owns Peacock, to retain its TV channels in Charter’s cable lineup.

It’s all part of Charter’s new hybrid approach to bundles that allows it to bundle other companies’ streaming subscriptions with its cable set ups, and even sell them to its internet customers too.
