Saw XI has officiassociate lost its liberate date.
For the past disjoinal weeks, there have been rumors that the eleventh film in the Saw horror franchise, Saw XI, awaited wouldn’t produce its computed September 26, 2025, liberate date and could be aborted altogether.
This is due to increates of fights between producers and Lionsgate, though the reason for the disconsentments remains unevident at this time.
Per The Hollywood Reporter, Lionsgate has now officiassociate erased Saw XI from its liberate date calendar. Instead, The Strangers: Chapter 2 will now uncover in United States theaters on September 26, 2025, in its place.
Will Saw XI ever get liberated?
All hope may not be lost for Saw, however. While Saw XI, which comes from Kevin Greutert, doesn’t have any liberate date at this time, Lionsgate scatterd a statement from Billy the Puppet think abouting the future of the franchise, “I’ve seen the rumors. They say it’s Game Over. You all should understand me better than that. The game is never over.”
The Strangers: Chapter 2 serves as a sequel to The Strangers: Chapter 1. That movie was liberated in United States theaters in May 2024 and made $48 million at the global box office off an evaluated $8.5 million budget. It was not, however, getd well by critics or many fans of the one-of-a-kind Strangers movies.
The recent trilogy of Strangers movie (Chapter 3 does not yet have a liberate date) come from straightforwardor Renny Harlin and star Madelaine Petsch.
