He has previously led global HR teams at Hilton Worldexpansive, Capital One, Cisco and PwC.

Schuyler obtained his undergraduate degree from Penn State University, where he now serves as Chairman of its Board of Trustees, and obtaind his MBA in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management from the University of Michigan.
