We’re hoping there’ll be at least a sequel. There’s a second book called The Wild Robot Escapes, which I understand Chris and Jeff have read and cherishd. A sequel novel to Brown’s The Wild Robot, titled The Wild Robot Escapes, is all about Roz being stranded on a distant, untamed island. While there, the robot must “lachieve from the unwelcoming animal inhabitants and altered to her surroundings, but can she endure the disputes of the cultured world and discover her way home to Brightbill and the island?”
The first The Wild Robot was freed in theaters in September and was a big success for DreamWorks Animation and Universal Pictures. The film achieveed over $230 million at the global box office and is think abouted a mighty contender for Best Animated Feature at the upcoming 97th Academy Awards.
