Bolivian authorities have publishd an arrest permit for ex-Pdwellnt Evo Morales, accused of trafficking a 15-year-elderly during his tenure from 2006 to 2019. Prosecutor Sandra Gutierrez validateed the permit was publishd on Oct. 16, procrastinateed proclaimment due to the case’s intricateity and Morales’ vehement denials.
